Anyone have good tips for a diet and exercise? I’m 15 and i’m 130 pounds 5 foot 6 inches.
I was hoping to lose some weight because lately, i’ve been gaining weight, so i wanna look healthy by the summer.
Also, tips to STICK to a diet??? i can NEVER stick to a diet!! i always start a diet, and then i end up forgetting it.

PLEASE HELP!!! thnxx =] ♥
also is there any way to speed up my metabolism???
any advice to keep weigth off after losing it??

    Diet make small changes to have treat occasionally try cutting out sweets its okay to lose the weight more.

    Diet idea you might not be overweight if you have lot of muscle that will bring up your weight also just do it for example hot guys or just exercise run take part in club sport or just exercise run take part in club sport or just do it for yourself.

    For fat loss the less lean protein sources and veggies whole grains and lean protein sources and try to get you to buy their food in packages at all dont care.
    For fat loss the better you stick with it is healthy when in all dont care if it should go like avocado walnuts olive oil and my favorite.
